Return / Refund Policy
Returns
Since tea is a perishable food item, we do not accept general returns. However, if you have received a wrong, damaged, or expired product, we are here to help.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a resolution, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original invoice must be produced and included with your request for any return or replacement to be processed.
- How to Apply: Please send an email to info@dhrubatea.com within 15 days of receiving the product.
Refunds & Replacements
Once your request is received, please allow a window of 48 - 72 hours for our team to conduct an internal quality assessment. If approved, refunds will take 5–7 business days to process.
- Damaged/Incorrect/Expired Product: Kindly attach a photograph of the delivered package alongside the invoice copy to facilitate our review.
- Item Missing from Your Order: For cases where an item is absent from your parcel:

You must provide an unpacking video recorded at the time of opening the package to verify the missing goods.
- You must also provide a clear image of the invoice.
- Following an internal review, we will send a replacement if applicable.
- Taste Preference: Please understand that taste is personal. Trying a new tea is an exploration of your palate; therefore, we do not issue refunds or accept returns if you simply do not like the taste of the tea.
